Account data: Name, address, email, phone, company details, VAT number, bank details/IBAN.
Traffic data: Call records (CDRs), IP addresses, SIP registrations, call times and duration.
Technical data: IP address, browser info, cookies.

Contract execution and service delivery, billing and administration, customer support, credit assessment, compliance with telecommunications law, network security, marketing (with consent), and website improvement.

Account data: contract duration + 7 years. Traffic data (CDRs): max 12 months. Invoices: 7 years. Correspondence: 2 years. Website logs: max 6 months.

We share data only when necessary: telecom providers (call routing), payment processors, government agencies (if legally required), and IT service providers (with data processing agreements). We never sell your data for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing.

We protect your data with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), access control, regular security audits, trained personnel, and physical server security.
